     After a long day outdoors Jameson Inn Alexander City is a great spot to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Walls Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Whispering Springs Campground is a splendid place for that. A large amount of precipitation falls at Walls Lake; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. Not far from Walls Lake you obtain some great water scenery at Walls Dam. This  
   lake is so wonderful. This is a good area for people who like lakes. Russell Pond is a lake around here, and why not a little side journey to Sugar Creek.
Summertime at Walls Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Walls Lake tend to be in the 20's. If you need a place to stay Best
 
               Western Horseshoe Inn is a wonderful choice, and you can stay the night at Wind Creek State Park. Nearby lakes? Sure, Junior College Lake is in close proximity to Walls Lake, and paddling on Elkahatchee Creek is so much fun.
This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Willow Point Golf and Country Club is a pleasant golf course close by, and drift down the rapids of Hatchet Creek in a kayak.
