There's so much to do here at Vinson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Elliott Branch Camp Area is a pleasant site for that. Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not explore McMurray Lake next to Vinson Lake, and a swamp like Cypress Pond in the vicinity of Vinson Lake has lots of out of the ordinary things to see.
