Howard Lamar Dam is a place that is near Tysons Lake, and after a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Auburn is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. Stay the night at Bar-w RV Park, and Tysons Lake is not far at all from Tuskegee. This lake is so wonderful. New Hog Wallow Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Tysons Lake has to offer,       you can camp at Leisure Time Campgrounds. Tysons Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most; October is the month with the least moisture. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great earth it would be. Whitewater paddling is great on Sougahatchee Creek. Sleep Inn & Suites is a good location to get some rest; if you get bored of Tysons Lake you                  could also check out nearby Old Hog Wallow Lake.
