Templeton Pond gets lots of water; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain while October is ordinarily the driest month. Get covered with water paddling on Wolf Creek, and Templeton Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Leesburg Resorts is a nice local campground. Here at Templeton Pond you'll possibly       meet some people from Anniston-Oxford, and University Inn and Suites is a magnificent spot to get some rest. Yeah, come here to Templeton Pond for a magnificent time. Morehorn Spring is a splendid local attraction, and camping at Lakeside Rv Park is always a good experience. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Yellow Creek; probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Thompson Lake is just a very short distance away. High temperatures at Templeton                  Pond during the long summer days are in the 80's; the overnight is a bit cooler of course, frequently in the 60's. During the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 40's with temperatures at Templeton Pond dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
