    T J Stewart Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. All the water falling down from the sky makes T J Stewart Lake a wet location; during the month of March you get the most rain around here; the driest month is October. You can run the rapids of Walnut Creek near T J Stewart Lake; J T Stewart Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out. So much cool stuff to do here at T J Stewart Lake, too brilliant to be true. A great  
   spot for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of T J Stewart Lake is Weogufka Creek.
At T J Stewart Lake through the summer highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. During the wintertime highs are commonly in the 50's while the cold winter nights at T J Stewart Lake are in the 30's. I am planning a trip to Weogufka Creek in a couple of weeks. Any info. regarding trees down or other obstructions would be helpful. We will do County Rd. 15 to Low Water Bridge only....Put in at coosa county management 119 and get out at the bridge is a good short trip with lots of sights......
