At Stephens Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Stephens Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water?       Try Little Sand Valley Creek. The scenery at Stephens Dam close to Stephens Lake is pretty, and Stephens Lake is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Lakeside Rv Park is a perfect spot to camp nearby. Rodeway Inn Gadsden is a perfect place to get some rest, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Mount Eba Lake. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good vicinity for folks who like lakes. Camp Sequoyah Lake is                  a lake in close proximity, and dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Gadsden AL. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Line Creek, and you'll probably meet some people from Gadsden here. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Stephens Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Black River, and Noccalula Falls Campgrounds is a magnificent campground nearby.
