People from Auburn-Opelika love to come to Smiths Pond, and Smiths Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Bar-w RV Park is a great local campground. Do pop       by Torberts Lake Dam since you're here at Smiths Pond, and a magnificent place to camp here at Smiths Pond is Chewacla State Park. This place is unbeatable, just look at all the exciting stuff to do in close proximity to Smiths Pond. If you get bored of Smiths Pond, you could also check out nearby Choppers Lake.
