There's so much to do here at Sloss Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Payne's RV Park is a great place for that. Sloss Lake Dam is worth stopping at since you're here, and if you need a location to stay Wynnewood Inn is a glorious choice. That right there is loads already, but it carries on; Sloss Lake has it all. The high level of precipitation makes       Sloss Lake a rather wet place; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Russellville Hotel And Suites is a glorious spot to get some rest, and if you came to camp Heritage Acres Recreational Vehicle Park is a great place to do that. At Sloss Lake through the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime                  come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Sloss Lake are in the 20's.
