You can run the rapids of Mulberry Creek near Simmons Lake, and Riverside Number One Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. For you golfers we recommend close by Riverside Country Club, and there are plenty of folks from Valley here at Simmons Lake. Summertime highs at Simmons Lake generally tend       to be in the 90's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Simmons Lake are in the 20's.
