This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Brewton-Days Inn is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and do stop at Hines Lake, it's a pretty lake. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll like Sherrer Lake. Sherrer Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Black Jack Creek Camp Ground is a good local       campground. Cobb Branch is a great local stream, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Brewton Municipal Golf Course. If you need a spot to stay Brewton Inn is a fine choice, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can go to Odie Sherrer Dam. During the months of summer highs here at Sherrer Lake get into the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 60's, and after                  the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Sherrer Lake drop into the 30's.
