     Six Mile Bend is a brilliant whitewater spot in close proximity to Serene Lake Number 7; needless to say Sixmile Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth checking out. There's so much to do here at Serene Lake Number 7 that you need to camp here for a while, Tannehill Historical State Park is a splendid location for that, and since you're here, you could also take a look at delightful Hammermill Paper Company Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Windwood Inn Brent/Centerville,  
   and a cool spot to take a look at is Bulldog Bend. This lake is so wonderful. Serene Lake Number 7 is great enough to spend more than a day at, Mc Calla Koa Kampground is a great local campground; do explore Kimberly Clark Paper Company Lake, it's a stunning lake.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Serene Lake Number 7 a wet place; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the warm months
 
               highs here at Serene Lake Number 7 get into the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Serene Lake Number 7. This lake has been around for a long time. Years ago, before the I-20/59 interstate was built, it was indeed a great place to fish as I understand it. Now the lake is full of vegetation and difficult to fish or navigate a boat. Also difficult to enter and launch a boat as the roads leading in are washed out and muddy....
