Going for a hike on the Lake Shore Trail is always a nice adventure, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Andalusia Inn. If you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Andalusia is a great choice. Summertime highs at Salt Pond usually tend to be in the 90's. Summer night lows dip down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at       Salt Pond dip into the 30's. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Salt Pond has to offer, you can camp at Gantt Lake RV Park, and unsurprisingly Camp Creek is a scenic stream that is worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful.
