During the days of summer highs here at Riser Lake get into the 90's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 50's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Riser Lake temperatures plunge to the 30's. And if that's not sufficient, there's a heap more to do in the vicinity of Riser Lake. Visit Bryant Branch since you're here       at Riser Lake, and a great close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SYLACAUGA. This lake is so wonderful. Riser Lake is a wet spot that gets a lot of rainfall; during March this area sees the most rain while October is typically the driest month. Lakes are great; Edwards Pond is a lake that's next to Riser Lake, and a fine place for whitewater paddling is Talladega Creek. You'll meet a lot of folks from Talladega-Sylacauga here, and Harkins Dam                  is a pretty spot, undeniably worth going to. This lake is so wonderful.
