     At Reno Lake you can catch a sight of West Red Mountain; paddling on Six Mile Bend is so much fun. A lot of rainfall falls at Reno Lake; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and September meanwhile is the driest month. Camping at Lucy's Branch L.l.c. is always a perfect experience; do stop at Herring Lake, it's a lovely lake. Greystone Inn and Suites is a great spot to get some rest, and a pretty lake like Blue Hole is a good location  
   to have a look at.
Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Reno Lake rocks! Alnoname Number One Dam is not far at all from Reno Lake; close by you find delightful locations like Norwood Gap. Dry warm beds await you at Value Place Bessemer. For the period of the summer here at Reno Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 90's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and night
 
               lows at Reno Lake through the wintertime usually fall into the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Reno Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Mc Calla Koa Kampground is a magnificent local campground; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Tannehill National Golf Course.

This lake has been around for a long time. Years ago, before the I-20/59 interstate was built, it was indeed a great place to fish as I understand it. Now the lake is full of vegetation and difficult to fish or navigate a boat. Also difficult to enter and launch a boat as the roads leading in are washed out and muddy....
