So many cool things close to Prather Lake, completely fantastic. A gorgeous lake like Hamilton Lake right next door to Prather Lake is a good place to stop at, and you don’t have to go far from Prather Lake to see the water at Prather Dam. Prather Lake is a reasonably wet place typically with lots of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is       March while October is regularly the driest month. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the 90's at Prather Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and overnight lows through the winter for Prather Lake tend to be in the 20's. A brilliant close by hotel is Days Inn and Suites Auburn; a perfect site for whitewater paddling is Sougahatchee Creek. This lake                  is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Auburn-Opelika here; if you came for an overnight stay Chewacla State Park is a wonderful site to camp.
