This lake is so wonderful. Gantt Lake RV Park is a splendid local campground, and a great close by hotel is Best Western Andalusia Inn. High temperatures at Posey Pond throughout the months of summer are in the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the       wintertime are in the 50's, and overnight lows at Posey Pond during the wintertime ordinarily plunge into the 30's. Posey Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here; October is when it's the driest. Why not camp at Point A Park Campground while you're here at Posey Pond, and of course, this is a glorious vicinity for people who like lakes, Willow Wood Pond is a lake close by. Rita Branch is a glorious                  local stream, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Lake Shore Trail. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining things just keep reading. Evans Barnes Golf Course is a great golf course close by.
