This lake is so wonderful. The high level of rainfall makes Peoples Lake Number 2 a pretty wet place; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. Why not go to Peoples Lake Dam since you're here, and if you're here, you could also take a look       at pretty Baker Creek Lagoon. This lake is so wonderful. Peoples Lake Number 2 is a place with many visitors from Talladega-Sylacauga, and get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Hatchet Creek. For the period of the summertime highs here at Peoples Lake Number 2 reach the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures                  at Peoples Lake Number 2 drop into the 20's.
