During the summertime       months here at Old Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Old Lake dip into the 30's. If you came for an overnight stay City of Hoover RV Park is a good place to camp. Lakes are good; Double Oak Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Old Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some                  time golfing at a close by golf course like Greystone Golf and Country Club, and Old Lake is near Bailey Gap which is undeniably worth going to. This is a pleasant region for folks who like lakes. Oak Mountain Lake is a lake in close proximity, and you don’t have to go far from Old Lake to spot the water at Oak Mountain Old Lake Dam.
