There's so much to do here at Nolen Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Whispering Springs Campground is a good place for that,       and Nolen Dam is a site that is in the vicinity of Nolen Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Nolen Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wind Creek State Park; you can run the rapids of Hatchet Creek. There are other locations here than Nolen Lake, for example Swan Lake. Through the warm months here at Nolen Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's.
