The high level of rain makes Mott Lake a pretty wet site; March is when you get the most rain here; October is the month with the least moisture. If you're visiting Mott Lake from Columbus, you won't be the only one. Why not camp at Anthony's Mobile Park while       you're here at Mott Lake, and there's some out of the ordinary stuff to observe at Yuchi Lake Dam close to Mott Lake. And that's not all you can do here at Mott Lake. Little Uchee is a splendid whitewater spot near Mott Lake, and Lewis Branch is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful.
