Camping at Moore Pond is pleasant fun, Riverview Campground is a pleasant local campground, and some close by water includes Browns Creek. Moore Pond ordinarily gets lots       of rainfall; most of the rain falls all through March while October is mostly the driest month. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Near Moore Pond you discover nice places like Big Spring Valley, and you're sure to encounter some friendly folks from Albertville here. At Moore Pond during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the                  40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Moore Pond.
