Why not camp at Tannehill Historical State Park since you're here at McKnight Lake; a pretty lake like Brimwood Lakes is a brilliant place to stop       at. McKnight Lake generally gets a lot of precipitation; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is October. Visit Camp Creek while you're here at McKnight Lake, and Mc Calla Koa Kampground is a fine local campground. For the period of the long summer days at McKnight Lake temperatures are commonly in the 90's, and the nighttime is somewhat colder of course, generally in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's,                  and overnight lows all through the winter for McKnight Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
