While staying at McGee Lake you could always       discover Hawkins Hollow. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to McGee Lake with nighttime lows in the 60's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at McGee Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. The high level of rainfall makes McGee Lake a pretty wet spot; March is the wettest month with most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
