If you're here at McBrayer Lake, you could take a look at Hooker Spring Branch, and there is a glorious hiking trail close by called the Borden Creek Trail. then we recommend Sipsey Fork, and on a fine day you can take a hike along the Braziel Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Summer at McBrayer Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends
down to the 60's. Through the winter the highs are generally in the 40's while McBrayer Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. Sand Pit New Hope Church Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and Payne's RV Park is a great local campground.
