Throughout the summer months at Marshes Ponds temperatures are usually in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 60's. The winter       comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Marshes Ponds dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. Stay the night at Country View RV Park; a lake close by is Sterling Cherry Farm Pond. This lake is so wonderful. At Marshes Ponds you always meet someone from Cullman. If you come at the right time of year, Gurley Creek offers some great whitewater, and Hagwood Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. If you need a place to stay                  Comfort Inn & Suites is a glorious choice; Hallmark Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Gilman Bend is a good location to stop by while in the area. There's so much to do here at Marshes Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Good Hope Campground is a good place for that.
