There's so much to do here at Lewis Lawson Lake Number Four that you need to camp here for a while, Spillway Campground is a good site for that, and you don’t have to go far from Lewis Lawson Lake Number Four to catch a glimpse of the water at Carmichael Lake Dam. Nearby lakes? Sure, Gross Lake is in the  
   neighborhood of Lewis Lawson Lake Number Four; dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites. All through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Lewis Lawson Lake Number Four, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
