Lay Lake

 
  This magnificent lake has 289 miles of shoreline and 19 square miles of surface area.
Lay Lake has some magnificent blue catfish, bluegill, catfish, bass, black crappie, channel catfish, crappie, drum, flathead, flathead catfish, freshwater drum, jack, largemouth bass, shad, striped bass, white catfish and white crappie.


On Walnut Creek you discover the close by County Road 32 to Lake Mitchell section. This is a class II-III, 4.1-mile-from-start-to-finish
    segment of whitewater. This section of Walnut Creek is proposed for kayak paddlers of medium familiarity. Don't fail to remember to check restrictions before you go whitewater kayaking or rafting to guarantee your safety.
