Why not camp at Willow Point Campground Center while you're here at Lake Contreras; get yourself into a kayak and hit Salt Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Odum Trail, and do check out McCullars       Lake Number 1, it's a pretty lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Indian Oaks Golf Course is close by, and McCullars Lake Number Two is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. That right there is a load already, but it keeps on going; Lake Contreras has it all. Willett Spring is a scenic place to visit while you're at Lake Contreras, and if you came for an overnight stay The Wazoo Campground is a pleasant                  site to camp. For the period of the months of summer highs here at Lake Contreras get into the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
