All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Chinnabee a wet location; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. A delightful lake like Cheaha Lake in the vicinity of Lake Chinnabee is a glorious location to pop by; there are fine sites to look at along the Odum Trail. If you need a place to stay Howard Johnson Express Inn is a       tremendous choice; whitewater paddling is splendid on Cheaha Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lake Chinnabee. A fine spot to camp here at Lake Chinnabee is Country Court RV Park; a fine close by hotel is Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Oxford I-20, AL. Lake Chinnabee is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Cheaha Resort State Park is a delightful local campground, and Camp Mac Lake Number 2 is a                  tremendous lake nearby. Summertime at Lake Chinnabee arrives with high temperatures in the 90's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, usually in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 50's, and overnight lows at Lake Chinnabee throughout the wintertime commonly plunge into the 30's. Take a side visit to Barbaree Creek; at Lake Chinnabee you always meet someone from Anniston-Oxford. This lake is so wonderful.
