You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Chinnabee has to offer, you can camp at Country Court RV Park. You just have to adore Lake Chinnabee. Lake Chinnabee is a site with many       visitors from Anniston-Oxford; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Cheaha Creek. Some of the water nearby flows, like Barbaree Creek, and there are wonderful places to discover along the Odum Trail. At Lake Chinnabee throughout the days of summer highs are in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Lake Chinnabee                  are in the 30's. Not far from Lake Chinnabee you get some wonderful water scenery at Chinnabee Dam, and do take a look at Camp Mac Lake Number 2, it's a lovely lake.
