Why not stop by Lake Carrona Number One if you're passing through these parts. Scottish Inns Pike Road is a brilliant site to get some rest, and drift down the rapids of Tallapoosa River in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. During your spree to Lake Carrona Number One you'll meet some folks from Tuskegee for sure, and get wet paddling on Stone Creek. A brilliant nearby hotel is Shorter Days Inn, and Whispering Springs Campground is a great campground nearby.
