Scottish Inns Pike Road is a good place to get some rest, and there are other locations here than Lake Ben, for example Lake Pugh. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Ben a wet site; March is the wettest month with most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. After a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Troy is a great spot to spend a night or two, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Troy.

Not far from Lake Ben, you'll find Sellers Lake Number Four which is a beautiful lake, and Deer Run Park is a good campground nearby. For the duration of the days of summer at Lake Ben highs are ordinarily in the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 70's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Lake Ben temperatures sink to the 30's. | |
