Days Inn Of Centre is a glorious site to get some rest, and paddling on Bear Creek is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Johnnies Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by, and there are other sites here than La Garde Lake, for example LaGarde Lake.       For the period of the summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at La Garde Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at La Garde Lake. So many exciting things to do here at La Garde Lake, too great to be true. A pleasant nearby hotel is Key West Inn Piedmont. La Garde Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; March is when you get the most                  rain here, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
