The Pocosinlake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn Troy is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful nearby hotel is Courtyard Troy, and you can stay the night at Camp Sharon Campground.
