Beautiful Jordan Lake has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. You could also pop by Dunnings Pond since you're here at Jordan Lake; it's close by, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hatchet Creek. A magnificent close by hotel is Best Western Horseshoe Inn, and Elkahatchee Creek is a great whitewater spot close by. Summertime highs at Jordan Lake generally tend to be in the 90's, and through the night

| | it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and night lows in the 20's for Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is a quite wet place mostly with a great deal of rainfall; March is the month that gets the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. experience. And that's not all you can do here at Jordan Lake. A wonderful place to camp here at Jordan Lake is Whispering Springs Campground. Jordan Lake is not the only site nearby, Brooks Farm Pond is a nearby lake, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Alexander City is a splendid spot to spend a night or two.
