Many people like to go to Jones Lake. There's some interesting stuff to see at M M Jones Dam in the vicinity of Jones Lake, and Rolling Hills Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Camping at Leisure Time Campgrounds is always a good experience, and if you've had enough of Jones Lake, Orr Estates Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. | | AUBURN is a magnificent site to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Sougahatchee Creek is so much fun, and why not take a little tour to Nash Creek since you're here. High temperatures at Jones Lake all through the summertime are in the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Jones Lake are in the 20's.

Having a glorious time at Jones Lake is painless. Nearby lakes? Sure, Johnson Lake is near Jones Lake, and a great close by hotel is Fairfield Inn & Suites Auburn Opelika. The high level of rainfall makes Jones Lake a quite wet place;
of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October is when it's the driest. Jones Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Chewacla State Park is a good local campground; get drenched paddling on Little Uchee.
