    Johnson Pond is a lake worth visiting. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining things just keep reading. There's some flowing water close by, Kay Branch is a stream you can pop by while you're here, and a brilliant nearby hotel is Radisson Suite Hotel Huntsville. A visit to Laceys Spring will fill your soul with glorious feelings, and you can distinguish Bell Point from Johnson Pond. During the summertime highs here at Johnson Pond reach the  
   80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Johnson Pond are in the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Marriott Huntsville is a perfect place to get some rest. Glide down the rapids of Shoal Creek in a kayak, and do pop by Lipscomb Pond, it's a pretty lake. While you're here at Johnson Pond, you could also visit pretty Rock Pond, and if you came to camp Ditto Landing
 
               is a pleasant spot to do that.
Camping at Monte Sano State Park is always a nice experience, and Dry Creek Cove is in close proximity, and is a good place. Johnson Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is March; the driest of the months is August. This lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Cotaco Creek, and the great people of Huntsville like to hang out close by.
