Little Warrior River is a good location to have a look at, and Johnson Farm Lake Dam is picturesque. For you golfers we recommend nearby Plantation Golf Club; if you're into cool geologic features try Horseshoe Bend. This lake is so wonderful. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area close to Johnson       Farm Lake has to offer. Best Western Colonial Inn is a glorious site to get some rest, and whitewater paddling is fine on Warrior River - Blackburn Fork. During the summertime at Johnson Farm Lake highs are generally in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Johnson Farm Lake dip into the 20's. Johnson Farm                  Lake gets a lot of water; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while October is usually the driest month. You could also take a look at Wilder Lake if you're here at Johnson Farm Lake; it's close by, and if you've had enough of Johnson Farm Lake, Marsh Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful.
