Here at Hubbard Lake there are plenty of people from Auburn-Opelika; after a long day outdoors Ramada Limited Phenix City Alabama is a glorious site to spend a night       or two. You assume that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Not far from Hubbard Lake, you'll locate Heath Lake which is a beautiful lake, and dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Suites Opelika I85 Auburn Area. A lot of rain falls at Hubbard Lake; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here while October is generally the driest month. All through the days of summer here at Hubbard Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 90's                  with overnight lows in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's with temperatures at Hubbard Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Little Uchee, and the scenery at Hubbard Dam is stunning.
