What a nice lake Hines Lake is. Summer at Hines Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 60's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Hines Lake. A lake nearby is Brantley Lake; Odie Sherrer Dam has great water scenery. Hines Lake ordinarily gets a large amount of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here, and October meanwhile is the driest month.

| | If you're here at Hines Lake, you could go to Burnt Corn Creek; Colonial Manor Motel is a pleasant place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Country Sunshine RV is a good campground here; after a long day outdoors Brewton-Days Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two. Near Hines Lake you stumble on a golf course called Brewton Municipal Golf Course.
