The beauty of Hincle Lake attracts many people from all around. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Hincle Lake. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are usually in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Hincle Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Hincle Lake a wet spot; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months

There's so much to do here at Hincle Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Baker's Trailer Park and Campground is a great location for that. to Hincle Lake is Hinkle Dam. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Auburn/Opelika Inn is a tremendous site to spend a night or two; do visit Flint Hill Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. Why not spend some time
golfing at a close by golf course like Rolling Hills Golf Course, and there are plenty of folks from Auburn-Opelika here. Marriott Auburn Opelika Hotel and Conference Center at Grand National is a magnificent place to get some
rest, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sougahatchee Creek.
