Hendley Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Action On Blackwater Canoe Rental and Campground is a splendid local campground, and a beautiful lake like E C Younghood Pond is a pleasant location to stop at. There are delightful places to look at along the Lake Shore Trail, and camping at Passport       America is always a splendid experience. Through the summer months here at Hendley Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Hendley Lake dip into the 30's. Just can't get enough of Hendley Lake. You'll                  locate a beautiful lake called O G Steele Pond near Hendley Lake, and don't leave Hendley Lake without first going for a hike along the Conecuh Trail.
