Boggy Creek is a splendid place to go to, and if you came for an overnight stay Point A Park Campground is a magnificent site to camp. Why not camp at Gantt Lake RV Park while you're here at Helms Pond; from Helms Pond you get a wonderful panorama of Red Wash Hill. If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great world it would be. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Lake Shore Trail,       and Comfort Inn Andalusia is a magnificent place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Conecuh Trail; if you need a place to stay Best Western Andalusia Inn is a tremendous choice. For the period of the summertime, highs regularly are in the 90's at Helms Pond; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Helms Pond are in the 30's.
