A good place to camp here at H Neely Henry Lake is Dogwood Meadows Campground, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River. Choccolocco Creek is a fine whitewater spot close to H Neely Henry Lake, and H Neely Henry Dam is a gorgeous place. Be careful coming
