A great deal of rain falls at Gum Pond; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Gantt Lake RV Park is a perfect local campground, and on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Conecuh Trail. The warmest time of the year brings highs       in the 90's to Gum Pond; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Gum Pond. A nice close by hotel is Comfort Inn Andalusia, and there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Lake Shore Trail. Yeah, come here to Gum Pond for a perfect time.
