The high level of rainfall makes Gullatts Lake a rather wet spot; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October is when it's the driest. So much exciting stuff to do at Gullatts Lake, so little time. You'll meet a lot of folks from Columbus here. There's so much to do here at Gullatts Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sawyer's Mobile Home       Estates is a glorious place for that; if you need a site to stay Budget Motel is a great choice. Bachlador Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to, and why not stop at Crouch Pond Dam while you're here. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Chattahoochee River; Gullatts Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Anthony's Mobile Park is a fine local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you                  can always go whitewater paddling on Little Uchee, and Boones Motel is a tremendous place to get some rest. Summer at Gullatts Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 60's.
