If you are in this part of Alabama make sure to pay a visit to Fullers Pond. Float down the rapids of Little Uchee in a kayak, and Fullers Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Halawaka Campgrounds and Grocery is a wonderful local campground. At Fullers Pond through the months of summer highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Williams Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out, and Boones Motel is a fine place to get some rest. at all from Auburn-Opelika, and if you came to camp Sawyer's Mobile Home Estates is a wonderful site to do that. This place, Fullers Pond, it just has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Adams Branch flows through this region; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Browns Pond.
