Going for a hike on the Borden Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Hubbard Creek/Sipsey Fork; you can go for a hike on the Braziel Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. An interesting thing to go to near Elliotts Lake is Elliotts Lake Dam; a tremendous nearby hotel is Haleyville Motel. The warmest time of the year at Elliotts Lake arrives with high temperatures in the       90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are regularly in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Elliotts Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Elliotts Lake a wet spot; December is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
