In Alabama there are many beautiful lakes, Elliotts Lake is one of them. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Elliotts Lake; Borden Creek Trail is a splendid local trail, and W K Wilson Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. High temperatures at Elliotts Lake through the long summer days are in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 50's, and winter nights come with
lows in the 20's to Elliotts Lake. While you're here at Elliotts Lake, you could also explore stunning Theo League Lake; Hubbard Creek/Sipsey Fork is a great whitewater spot close by.
The Braziel Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you need a place to stay Wynnewood Inn is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Mcdowell is a good site to camp, and Elliotts Lake Dam is not far at all from Elliotts Lake.

So much amusing stuff to do at Elliotts Lake, so little time. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sipsey Fork.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Elliotts Lake a wet place; December is when you get the most rain here; October is the month with the least moisture.
