Be careful coming to Edwards Lake, you might not ever wanna go back home again. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Black River, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Anniston is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Sulphur Springs Creek is close to Edwards Lake and is always a joy to pop by, and if       you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Indian Oaks Golf Course is in the vicinity. Looking for something in close proximity to Edwards Lake? Coley Lake is in the neighborhood; Edward Dam has good water scenery. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Edwards Lake get into the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter                  nights at Edwards Lake are in the 20's. It's always perfect to check out Cedar Spring, and why not camp at Willow Point Campground Center since you're here at Edwards Lake.
