Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are really abundant here at Dowdy Pond. Dowdy Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Florala State Park is a glorious local campground. A wonderful close by hotel is Best Western Andalusia Inn; if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the Conecuh Trail. Dowdy Pond gets much water; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October       meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Andalusia is a great site to spend a night or two, and have a look at close by Blackwater Bay. All through the summertime at Dowdy Pond highs are usually in the 90's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. During the wintertime highs are frequently in the 50's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Dowdy Pond fall into the 30's. There's                  so much to do here at Dowdy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Gantt Lake RV Park is a nice spot for that. Lakes are delightful; Alligator Pond is a lake that's close to Dowdy Pond. This is a fine area for people who like lakes.
