Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Hidden Oaks Golf Course; there are plenty of people from Gadsden here. Through the warm days of summer highs here at Coopers Lake reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Through the winter highs are in       the 40's while the cold winter nights at Coopers Lake are in the 20's. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Coopers Lake. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites GADSDEN is a glorious spot to get some rest, and Cooper Dam has fine water scenery. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Black River, and a nice place to camp here at Coopers Lake is Willow Point Campground Center. This lake is so wonderful.                  Get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of Line Creek, and a lake nearby is Cardwell Lake. Coopers Lake commonly gets a good deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls during March, and the driest month is October. If you get bored of Coopers Lake, you could also stop at nearby Lyles Lake, and swing by Big Canoe Creek it's a glorious place to pop by. This lake is so wonderful.
